Shipping policy

1.What is the Shipping Area and What is the Shipping Cost?
Available shipping areas include: United States, Canada,but the following areas are excluded: Alaska, Hawaii.

All products enjoy free shipping within the above-mentioned delivery areas. If customs duties are incurred, this store and the third-party logistics company will cover them; customers will not be responsible for any customs duties.

If you require expedited delivery, an additional fee will apply based on the actual shipping cost. Of course, we will confirm and inform you of the specific cost in advance.

2.How soon can I get my package?
Customization typically takes 1–3 months to complete, with an additional 8–20 business days required for delivery, depending on your location.

3.Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Please note: If you need to change your delivery address, you should do so before shipping.Once the package is delivered to the shipping company, it is difficult to change the shipping address.

For orders that have already been shipped:
After shipment, we will email you the tracking number and a website for checking your package. Please enter the tracking number on the website to check the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. 

4.Where do our packages ship from?
We will determine the shipping location based on the details of the order.

5.What Should I Do If My Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received?
Packages may be delivered to your front door or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can check with the courier company using your tracking number. If possible, please check and provide us with any supporting photo or other documents you may have, as this may help us solve the issue.

6.Which logistics method will be adopted?
We are considering using eMile Express or USPS Express Service and other logistics companies.
